Shipping & Returns

I aim to process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days. (Unless differently stated in the description). You will receive an email with your tracking information once I have processed your order. Everything will be shipping through PostNL where you can follow your package.

All packages will have recycled material. I will do my best to make it look as pretty as possible, but it will be recycled. (You can also recycle my packaging.)

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order. I am not responsible for extra tax or customs.

Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Switzerland, Portugal, Austria, France, Czech Republic, Norway, Ireland, Spain, Luxembourg, Romania, Finland, United Kingdom

Americas:
Canada, USA, Brazil

Oceania:
Australia, New Zealand

If your country isn’t listed but you want to order, contact me via the contact page and I’ll try to arrange shipping. :)

My ceramics should be exempt from extra US taxes/tariffs under HS chapter 6912 (ceramic tableware, kitchenware, other household articles, and toilet articles).

Damaged/Returns

If an item arrives damaged, contact me via the contact page within 3 days with a photo of the item and packaging for a refund or remake. I’m not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after they’re handed to the courier. For delivery issues or suspected loss, contact the courier with your tracking info.

All pieces are final sale and are exempt from returns.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at my discretion.
